Throughout my career, I have gained significant experience and achieved considerable success, and I consistently endeavor to remain at the forefront of driver education and training. I was honored to receive the 'Best Independent Driving Instructor - North East' in the 2016 AI Business Excellence awards.

More recently, I was equally honored to be recognised as 'Most Trusted Driving School - Sunderland' in the 2017 AI Business Excellence awards.

For over three decades, I have proudly held a clean UK driving licence and cultivated a deep passion for automobiles. My career as a driving instructor has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, enjoyable training in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I believe a positive and humorous approach enhances the learning experience, contributing to my popularity and trustworthiness within the community.

Furthermore, I am pleased to share that I previously served as the elected secretary of the Sunderland driving instructors association, S.A.D.I. (Sunderland Association of Driving Instructors), and hold a Level 3 Assessor of Vocational Achievement [QCF AVA: Qualifications and Credit Framework - Assessing Vocational Achievement].

While direct instruction is sometimes necessary, my primary goal is to foster a learner-centered environment, empowering students to take ownership of their learning. This approach cultivates self-reliance and a strong understanding of the legal and ethical responsibilities of driving.

I am pleased to offer my skills, knowledge, and guidance during your in-car driving lessons. Furthermore, I'm happy to provide advice and support between lessons and throughout your driving journey. For parents and guardians, I'm also happy to communicate directly with you regarding your child's progress, if you desire.
